Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp EVOO
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
The Run Down:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Combine all seasonings and grease baking sheet with EVOO
3) Pat chicken dry with paper towel and cover both sides with seasoning mixture
4) Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes
5) Combine honey, Dijon mustard and 1 Tbsp water
6) Remove chicken from oven. Flip chicken and cover tops with honey Dijon mixture
7) Return chicken to oven and continue to cook until internal temperature has reached 165 degrees (about 15 additional minutes)
8) Remove chicken from oven once fully cooked and allow to rest on baking sheet for 5-10 minutes prior to serving
