As a brand new mom, I was tired, weak, and feeling insecure. I began my journey in MMA, which included weightlifting, jiu-jitsu, and various other training techniques. I became passionate about both the physical and mental strength I had developed, and knew that I wanted to help others tap into the same strength. I truly want to help you create a lifestyle that you love, and a body you're confident in- all while focusing on balance and lifelong changes. I use research based training and education to reach your goals and implement changes that will become a lifestyle.
